Rahash is an ancient name for Kuwaiti traditional sweet ,from the name started the idea of developing traditional Kuwaiti sweet, such as (Drabeel, Qers Agelly, Beid Al-Qetta and Rahash Dips) in an accepted manner and flavors. They are distinguished by creating several new distinct filing for the luxurious Belgian chocolate, moreover the great selection of Kuwaiti traditional sweet.
Rahash faced the challenge of managing their multiple locations from one spot.
SAAG Systems created a custom made restaurant management system that allows Rahash to control unlimited locations and users (considering eventual expandation of the client), prebooking sales orders (for weddings, birthdays etc.) as well as a complete CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution to keep record of their returning customers. We also integrated a recipe management solution that allows the control and calculation of quantities, costs, rowmaterials and finished products.
